Job Description

A six physician hospitalist group is expanding in Lexington, Kentucky. Work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with a shred evening/weekend call of 1:6. The inpatient census runs 10-15 as you will work out of one 300 bed hospital. The group is offering a 2 year income guarantee with partnership. There is a base salary of $160,000 and production driven quarterly incentive bonuses. The hospitalists average over $200,000 for total compensation. The group also covers malpractice and there is a vested tail policy. Relocation fees are offered up to $7,000 and there are full benefits including: health-dental-vision-life insurance- long and short term disability-vacation time-CME allowance of $2,000 and additional time off.
